EXTENDED 5 YEARS WARRANTY

Our company BENY LUXURY WATCHES & JEWELERY has extended the warranty for you on all swiss watches purchased from our web or boutiques from the classic two-year warranty to 5 years from the date of sale.

This extended warranty is free and is created automatically by purchasing a watch.

If a defect occurs on the watch during the warranty period, which is covered by this warranty, it is necessary to submit a duly completed warranty card with the watch.

In case of a complaint, deliver the watch in person or send it as a valuable consignment with a description of the defect to our boutique BENY spol. s r. o., Václavské nám. 801/52, 110 00 Prague 1.

During the regular warranty period, the complaint is always resolved with the manufacturer's authorized service.

 The warranty does not cover:

• for defects caused by incorrect use of the watch, or in conflict with the instructions for their use, their modifications, or unprofessional intervention in them
• for defects caused by natural disasters, fires, force majeure
• on wear and tear of the watch caused by normal use
• for mechanical damage to the watch
• for normal wear of straps, glass, case, bracelet
• on moisture-damaged watches not marked as waterproof
• shock watches, their pollution
• for unprofessional battery replacement yourself
• for damage caused by the use of unsuitable media (batteries)
• any defects other than the accuracy of the machine and its function are not covered by the extended warranty

The extended warranty is provided exclusively by our company BENY, spol. s r. o. in accordance with the identical opinion of the manufacturer and can be applied only to our company. It is a special arrangement for performance in the sale of things that are not usually provided under Act. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code § 2158 para. 2.
